Hi, As per your project details, i understand that caller will call some DID and then gets connected and play sound files while we search for the operator for the concerned product and if we found operator we bridge call. There are certain queries like: 1. Operator are local extensions or external cellphone/landline numbers ? 2. If no operator found then what should be the action ? Lets discuss further. Thanks.
