App for desktop with Webservice

I need an APP for desktop, it's very simple the app have next options. -Login - the client put user and pass and my webservice return 1 or 0 if the access is correct - Make sale - The client put number to make sale and confirm in other field, select if the user required voucher, select ammount and send, if the sale was succesful return data result and print voucher if the user required this else return data in popup window. - Pay Service- The client put reference to make pay and confirm this in other field, select if the user required voucher, select ammount and send, if the sale was succesful return data result and print voucher if the user required this else return data in popup window. - Sales report .- The client if required select date and press button to required this report ,the app only show sales from Webservice - Payment report - The client put data like bank, account, ammount, authorization number, date, hour. and button to report. - Payment status- only show the last 10 payments , this information was retrieve from Webservice (Array) - News or advices - The information show from Webservice like payment status The webservice it's ok and use for android, no need develop this, only interface and connect. Java, C# , etc... is not important. only required an secure app. I don't want install in the machine for security. If you have an idea please, tell me. 5 days no more...
