Alter a WordPress theme to match listed requirements

Good day to you, I am in need of someone, or a team, to install a designated them and follow a list of instructions on the changes which are needed to be made to the theme. This information is laid out well in a word doc with all changes noted down, there are 10 areas needing alteration. If you know Wordpress well I am sure this will only take you a couple of hours to complete. I can also let you know that the theme is installed on the website, it just needs to be activated to be Premium version. The theme to be worked on is: [login to view URL] - currently it is installed as the Lite version, so you will need to activate it to be the Pro version of the theme. ~Before you place a bid please note:~ - This project will only be awarded if a great fit is found, this is why there is no initial milestone - The winning bidder will need to provide support until the work is completed to my satisfaction - I am planning for the winning bidder to be responsible for future work on very similar projects ~For this bid:~ - Your rating will need to be 4.8 or higher, if not, please don’t bid. If you have no rating here, please provide other solid evidence of your work and work history. - You will need to provide *one example* of completing a task just as this one, please do not send through the usual ‘copy and paste’ long list of stuff I don’t care about. Just a single example of your work, why it is great and why I should select you for this project. - You will provide a very clear time-line of work, including an initial statement of maximum hours to complete. This needs to be completed by 10.30pm Australian EST - As this needs to be completed within app. 7 hours, you will be in, working and paid today! Check my rating to see I don’t try to stuff people around or hold off payments. - If you lodge an empty bid with the words of “please contact to discuss” you will not be considered Important notes: Communication: I am expecting the winning bidder to be in constant contact, and available, until the project is signed off on today. This communication will be via Skype, as it is the most direct and immediate form.
