Add some data fetching capabilities to my EXISTING Instagram Plugin on my website -- 2

My website currently serves as an instagram influencer marketing platform where influencers and businesses work together to create instagram posts, the businesses pay them and the influencer creates the posts. Currently I have a functional wordpress plugin on my website which serves to measure and fetch the data from the users. One thing its currently missing is the ability track the CHANGE of the user's followers over time in the form of a graph. Currently we can see when the changes occur in real time but i.e the overview will show 9000 followers and if it grew overnight by 10 it would change to 9010 but we cant manage to get a graph showing the changes over time i.e a week showing say 9000 on the 1st and 9010 on the 2nd and 9011 on the 3rd etc --> what i need is someone who has the knowledge and capability to find a way to create a graph which shows the change in followers over the period of a week and another graph which shows change over a month - and this data will be rolling data i.e it will change over time as the user's account changes. See the images attatched for EXACTLY the info/look/functionality. I will ONLY accept bids that are within the $30-$250 small project budget. Generic briefs wont be considered.
