Add bonuses, achievements, levels to the open-source WordPress plugin "Post Pay Counter"

I need three features added to this open-source WordPress plugin: [login to view URL] The Post Pay Counter plugin already allows me to set how much users are paid per word and per view, see those stats, and calculate the total pay they are due. Writers also see their own stats and pay displayed in the dashboard. I need the following features added: Feature 1: Administrators will be able to create labels (e.g. "Breaking News" or "Original Reporting") and define bonuses (either a fixed amount, or a multiple of the total pay for the post) to be displayed in the "Add New Post" page. If a user checks a box to receive a bonus, administrators will be given the option to either approve or deny the bonus. Feature 2: Administrators will be able to create achievements (e.g. "Consistent Poster" or "Big Earner"), define the requirements to unlock them (e.g. make a total of 10 posts, or earn $500 in a one week period), and define a fixed monetary bonus. Once users unlock achievements, they will be given a notification and receive the relevant bonus. Feature 3: Administrators will be able to define levels that will multiply a writer's pay across all posts (e.g. Level 1 = 1.5x pay, Level 2 = 2x pay) and set the requirements to unlock the levels (e.g. a user must have received 500 views to unlock Level 1, 1000 views to unlock Level 2). Achievements, and bonuses (features 2 and 3) may be calculated using any of the following (either for individual posts, or across all of a user's posts): Post count Word count View count Social share count I've tried to make the above as simple as possible, but please let me know if you need any of it clarified.
