We've got a PHP (Yii framework) stock control application which resides on an external Linux webhost (with the client's public facing website) but which is used by internal staff from the office location. This web application generates PDF files server side (I think using HTML2PDF) when a sales or purchase order is completed. The PDF files are then stored in folders on the host server, from where they are accessible via the stock system when we view existing orders. Our requirement is for these PDF files to be copied to 1 of 4 folders on a (free) Dropbox account, under the following circumstances 1) When a new Sales or Purchase order is completed 2) When an existing Sales or Purchase order is viewed and the appropriate button is clicked To confirm : The process of generating the PDF files is currently working, we just need them to be copied to the relevant folders on Dropbox. We are not able to install Dropbox on the Linux server on which the web application is running.
