XML / MySQL / Dataentry Prototype

I need someone being familiar with XML data definitions. As a base for further steps in our project we need someone creating required mySQL tables and appropriate generic data entry formats (should run under PHP5 - you may suggest a different solution). In XML structure some fields like category, language, etc. will later be filled over supporting tables (combobox),but this is out of scope of this project. Please create only input fields. With this prototype we need to be able to able to add/update/delete records. By selecting one or multiple records in a record list (check boxes) and a button "create XML" a download window should appear, so that we are able to download the valid XML file. Data structure is defined in Chapter 4 (Position Opening Schema) of this document <[login to view URL]> Validation of XML can be done here: <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
