small website needs database and ASP work

im looking for someone who can code ASP (not .net -- not php, not any other coding language othe than classic ASP.) and needs to have some javascript elements or other client side technology. what i need is for the person to start typing the name into the form field and the list from the database that matches will appear as a list underneath the input box (like facebook) and if the record isnt found, then it will add the new record to the database (will populate more form fields below the input field) also i need some other misc work done to this site to make it 100% complete, and need someone that will work for cheap and be available from the hours of 9pm-3am EST (do the conversion yourself please) only coders that are available in that time range need apply. this is when i will be online to answer questions. i also need a few if then statements ran so that i can create rules into an existing page. (for example, display THIS if the user input equals THIS, etc) i expect this part of the project to be donw within a few hours and ready to assign another task to begin
