Need Coding Done for Website

**Project:** Website Coding, I would like the below template to be used and coded to work in a web environment. **[Please Click To See My Current Design][1]** ## Deliverables As linked above I have created a template using photoshop of a website that is specifically for personal use. The template itself is in .PSD format and will need to be sliced and coded in HTML as I am not familiar with the propper techniques that are used for slicing. I would like this done in php to work with mysql databases (but am open to other suggestions if it will keep the costs down. **I will be refering to the template starting from the top and working down to outline other requirements:** 1. On the top of the template there is a login section. (I would like the registration system to be integrated with phpbb2) I am told this will keep the costs down (again I am open to suggestions) 2. Again refering to the top of the template I would like the current date, time displayed for my location. 3. Picture of the Army guy and american flag with a "Click to view profile" I would like the ability to change these pictures along with when someone clicks on the view profile it will display a biography of me - the about me in the navigation system works the same way or should I say pulls up the same information. 4. Where the National Guard image is - I want this to work as outlines in #3 5. "My Favorite Screenshots" if you look at the information outlines in the box you will see what the requirements are. Additionally as I want the capability that it will show the most recent submission I do. So if on 08 august I uploaded one picture to be viewed and then another on 10 august it would display the 10 august information, now when the user clicks on the screens tab in navigation it would display every submission I have made and would allow a user to click on it and see a larger version of the picture. 6. This is a forums box in which I would like a specific forum in the phpbb2 forums, I would like the most recent 5 subject lines displayed here along with the number of replies that have been made to it. 7. "My Friends and links" I would like links displayed here that when clicked on will take an indivdual to that site. 8. "AbnVets' vidoes of the week" Basically I would like to be able to put an image like shown with the information blocks that are shown this will work similiar to #5 as when they click on view more it will show every submission - the key thing here though is when they click on the link I would like the video to play within the area and not be able to be downloaded. 9. News and updates - I would like this to work like the forums box as in in the phpbb2 forums I will create for example a forum that sais "News and Updates" I want the information posted here to also be listed in that forum, I want the ability either by html or etc... to insert images and want the amount of text or size restricted to not extend the front of the website but when a user clicks read more it will take them to that forum and display all the information. 10. on the footer you will see links I believe these are self explanitory, when clicked on it will display the specific information. 11. "The forums" I would like the phpbb2 forums to be displayed within the template so if an individual clicked on forums on the front page of the website everything below the navigation section would go away and the forums would then be there. 12. "The Gallery" I am thinking that I would like this to work like the forums but coppermine gallery would be used in place (I am open to suggestions on this also) 13. "Downloads" I am going to want to have downloads on this site so I would like an interface that allows users to download files that I submit. Would like the downloads page to display a little information on the file and then allow the user to download it. I have heard how people can leach download and stuff from sites so if possible would like something that will prevent that. **I BELIEVE I HAVE COVERED JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING, I HAVE POSTED ON TWO JOBS ON HERE ONE WENT INTO MEDIATION BECAUSE THE CODER DID NOT DO HIS PORTION AND WAS RULED IN MY FAVOR I HAVE ONE NON-ACCEPTING OF A PROJECT AND THAT WAS BECAUSE I AM IN THE MILITARY AND WELL THAT CAME FIRST AND WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY TO FINISH THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROGRAMMER, THIS SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM AS HOPEFULLY I AM HERE FOR AWHILE, ANYWAY LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING THIS DONE AS THIS SITE IS FOR ME TO SHARE MY IRAQI WAR EXPERIENCES, VIDEOS AND PICTURES AND ETC...
