The upgrade project will enhance and upgrade an [existing Windows- based C#.NET application][1] that is distributed via the Internet. The application utilizes smart-client technology and consumes web-services to update data and application configurations. The new version will be based on the MS Outlook 'look- and-feel'. All graphic design will be provided from our internal staff and is not required as part of your costing.
