CSS Guru to clean up my PHP web pages

I have an existing website that needs some of the CSS and HTML cleaned-up. Majority of code is placed in template files, and some code is used in PHP files. Lots of the CSS work is already done, but most needs to be cleaned up and some must be rewritten. Some areas are still in HTML and they need to be converted. The goal is to have a lean, cross-browser/platform, standards-compliant table-less website using CSS (and minimal html). The rendered source code should look beautiful! I am hoping I can find a great coder that I can use again, and again, and again for future projects. When providing a bid, make sure to provide a link to your CSS portfolio so I can see your CSS work. I plan on choosing a coder on Sunday (Dec 13) or Monday (Dec 14th) to begin work immediately. YOU MUST BE: • Expert-level at CSS, HTML, with 3 to 5 years experience. • Experienced with JavaScript. • Very familiar with cross-browser compatibility best practices • Very familiar with working within PHP pages to modify UI • Able to work full-time on this to get this done within the project time period Look at the enclosed document for screenshots and additional details of the project. And read the Deliverables below. ## Deliverables 1) DELIVERY DATE - Delivery time is in 5 days. Do not bid on this project if you don't have the time to complete this project in the 5 days after winning the bid. I will NOT extend the deadline for this project for any reason, and instead, I will hire another coder. Sorry. 2) STATUS UPDATES - I MUST have status updates every day to ensure you are working on the project and making progress. In the status reports, provide your latest results and areas I can check.
