VBA - Excel Project

What I need is the following. You will need to download the attachments. What I am aiming for is a userform to be built into excel like the one I have supplied in the attachment. I did this to show what I am looking for. I have also included a very sickening excel sheet that the sales team are currently using for there prospect list they are having all types of problems, the form needs all the same functionality as the sheet, with the following: Search for the customer and change the status of the customer. Search on dates and status field and copy the results to another page. A graph on the form showing how they are going so far in that Quarter with their target. If the person meets my needs I will be giving more work to that person. other graphs will be needed maybe a tab system unsure.
