Small Logo/Graphic project

Hello, I need a nice slick logo for my new company, Full Circle Software Submission and Promotion Services, and then I need the logo nicely blended into the attached top graphic of my web page. Low existing budget, but possibly plenty of other jobs later on, and my RAC record is excellent. Top graphic of website attached in .ZIP. Samples (watermarked or otherwise) encouaged PLEASE, so I can see what you can do and what type of logo you come up with. Thanks!
