Integrate payment system -need now!

I have a direct payment system that is in the very final stage of development, but my programmer is ill and I need this to be completed today. The system is setup so that admin controls the payment systems that are available to members, so if admin activates Paypal, Alertpay, Safepay and egold as available payment options, the members can choose to use any or all of those made available by admin, from their own member's area. Everything is already setup from the admin side, the info just needs to be mapped to the member's area, where they will setup the payment system(s) of their choice with their own acct info. Next, members needs to be able to activate associate members from their own member area. Again, all of the work is already done at the admin side (admin can activate any associate globally), it only needs to be mapped to the member area so the each member can do it by themself if necessary. These are the two items that need to be finished. This work should only take a few hours for someone who knows what they are doing. This project is PHP\MySQL.
