design for 4 web pages

Ideally the person that takes on this project can deliver HTML, but if they can deliver .psd files, I will consider it, though I will pay less for this option. [Details] I’m looking to create (4) pages: 1. A new home page. A better version of what you see when you arrive at [login to view URL] 2. A new page for the artists by alphabet: [login to view URL] 3. A new page for the artist: [login to view URL] 4. A new page for the album: [login to view URL] I want to improve on the designs of the existing [login to view URL] pages that I think are too noisy, ugly, and too many ads. For my pages, I will need space for two Google AdSense ads, and one standard size banner ad. I will leave it to you, the designer, to figure out where to place these ads, and how to optimize the page designs so that folks are likely to click on the ads, while at the same time, creating a good looking design for the pages.
