IE Browser Helper Object

I want a IE Browser Helper Object (BHO) that can do the following : Your DLL should allow me to receive The URL typed in the Browser at anytime and also allow me to change the Destination URL at any time. Here is an Example: If I want to add a Banner on top of all The Web Pages on visited on my Browser , I want to be able to Receive the Typed URL ( for example [login to view URL] ) and then Redirect the browser to [login to view URL] Code Sample: == IF [login to view URL] = "[login to view URL] "Then [login to view URL] = [login to view URL] END IF === I want access to the Document Object of the Browser I want to be able to send an HTML to the Browser for display . For Example I want to Show a Message when Certain BAD Site are Entered. Like if the User Entered [login to view URL] I want to receive the URL and now Send a HTML string to the Browser to display a WARNING message.
