Site Speed Optimization, Debugging & Compliance

Looking for someone with lots of experience in site optimization to improve our entire site's front-end page loading time by at least 20%. -Convert all pages to valid XHTML & CSS -Remove unnecessary elements such as scripts, counters, graphics, and comments -Convert embedded styles to CSS using site-wide external style sheet where applicable. -Remove redundant code. -Debug the entire site (javascript and php mainly) -Convert graphic rollover menus to CSS2. -Optimize CSS where applicable using shorthand properties, grouping, and contextual selectors. -Convert footers and headers to SSI where applicable for easier maintenance. -Clean up and tighten all code where possible. -Substitute styled text/backgrounds/borders for graphics where possible. -Transform table layout to table-less Must be w3c compliant.
