Simple online ToDo List script with multiple due date email notifications when task not completed by due time. Notes for bidders. We will choose the freelancer in 24 hours time. As this is a simple script or Wordpress Template, if needed, anyone setting a large bid without reading and showing they understand the project will automatically be ignored. Details: I run a small farm and I have volunteers on the farm that do jobs each day. As they are volunteers, sometimes the volunteers forget to do an important daily task. I'm only at the farm for 4 days each fortnight. So I can't keep an eye on the tasks each day. What I need is a simple web based TODO list that will work on iPhone, Android and through a PC Web Browser. Tasks must have: Title – name of task information – more information on how to do task. Completed Yes/No Who – who needs to do the todo item. Due date/time Repeat – when does task repeat? Or is it a one off task. Multiple Alerts if task has not been completed. The primary requirement is the Multiple Alerts. This is how a Task will be configured: Title: Lock up Laying Shed No.7 Information: Shed must be locked up before dark. Close door and latch. Repeat: Daily Due: 6PM Daily. Alert: 15 minutes before due. Email task name to SMSGATEWAY-volunteer1 DUE Now Email to manager of farm with full task details. Overdue 30 minutes. Email task name to SMSGATEWAY-manager As you can see, the important requirement is that different people are alerted when a task has not been completed at different times. I've looked at various online task list offerings and I haven't found one that is simple to use and allows for multiple alerts to different email addresses based on the DUE time. Please keep in mind that volunteers are not going to be computer savvy. The website needs to be simple and the account login simple. I require something like the below: Admin: [login to view URL] Allows adding/changing/delete volunteers Allows adding/changing/delete tasks and alerts for each task. Volunteer1: [login to view URL] Task List Volunteer2: [login to view URL] Task List No password is required. I want to be able to provide the above URL and nothing else. This way the volunteer can simply bookmark the page on their phone or PC and quickly connect to the website to mark off each completed task as it is done. Upon entering the Volunteer1 above URL, the user should immediately be presented with a list of tasks that have not been completed. Click on on the Task check box, completes the task and marks it as completed immediately. The user should not have to Submit the form. Clicking on the task itself should expand the task to show additional information about the task. The software must use MySQL as the Database and will live on my Shared Hosting Website. At completion of the project, the Code and Database must be installed on my Shared Hosting Provider. FTP and Database details will be provided. Software can be Ruby, Perl or PHP. As long as it is written cleanly and easy to follow for future updates. I would do this project myself but I don't have the spare time. Website interface should be elegant and clean. Not fancy. The functionality is the most important. But it also needs to look professional and easily understood by users who are not Tech savvy and from different language backgrounds. Thanks, David
