Set up of new website idea

I am looking for an enthusiastic, talented web developer with a bit of spare time, vision and ambition! I have only limited web design experience and need someone with a far more technical knowledge. I have a plan for a form of social site that has a niche market and the potential to become a very large revenue stream. I have full business plan and research on viability. What I am looking for is someone who would charge for their time fairly in exchange for a slice of the pie! Budget can be discussed. Here's all I can really tell you about it without giving the whole idea away. * The site is essentially a tool that a group can use to organise something (I know this is vague but trying not to give it away). * Site is made up of mini sub-sites (ideally with subdomains: [login to view URL]), each group has then a list of different elements or apps that they can add to their "sub-site". * These elements all have different purposes (one may be a venue on a map, one a picture gallery, one to add a business that they are using to provide service A, service B, service C etc) and they can enter information into these specific elements that can be then viewed by guests. (Trust me, guests WILL want to be looking at these groups sub-sites due to the nature of the idea!) *The sub-site can be set to either public (for anyone to see), private (for invite only) and I would like to be able to allow the admins' facebook friends to automatically be allowed. All Log-ins should ideally be using facebook logins. *Guests and admins should also be able to rate each element (E.G guests gave service B 4 stars, Admins gave service B 3.5 stars) to come up with ratings for each element or service, this would also be added up to create an overall rating of the subsite. *I then envisage local and national "league" tables for the different types of "subsite". The admin obviously chooses a category for his/her subsite initially, this is then rated against others in category. Also, there should be a league table for individual elements too. So we can find for example, the best venue in that city, or best associated business of a certain type in the area. A little revenue will be produced by the sign up process (cost of setting up their own subdomain which could sell for around £10-15). The beauty of this site will be the targeted advertising potential as once a "group" has started their sub site, we then know which essential parts have not been completed yet (I.E they have service A and service B but no service C) once the site is well populated it would provide a lucrative marketing avenue for direct marketing by service providers. Also, they would be able to see who has the best ratings in the area for that particular service. This last point is essentially what the whole site is about, linking people with needs to people respected for their service in a given area as the next five years will see a revolution in the way we search for products and services online. Social searching..... Sorry this is so vague, unfortunately I cannot discuss the details of it without some form of confidentiality agreement in place. I am willing to give a full run down on the business once confidentiality is in place and if I can find the right person that can see the potential that is there I will be willing to offer up to 20% shares in the company, so long as software rights are transferred to said company. I have so many ideas and routes to market just not the necessary skill to implement it! A local developer has told me it would be around a £400/500 job but as this is not my main business I can only afford it time, not tons of cash! Thanks for your interest!
