PHP expert needed to build a job posting site

A few years I had an idea for a website very similar to crowdspring which I started building. Anyway things happened and I decided I was no longer going to continue production of the website using the programming language I was using. Anyway I've decided I want to re-visit this idea now but the problem is that the programming language framework I wish to develop this website with is quite alien to me and I have about 1 years experience in this language. The smart thing would be to hire an expert to get the job done so I don't end up giving up on the idea again like I did in the past. Budget: $1000 The Job: Build a job posting website similar to crowdspring Deal with all necessary web design as we go along You must be proficient in: PHP (I would like to get this job done using the Yii framework.) If you can convince to use another framework I'd be surprised as I've done my research and yii seems the best choice for me. Have experience in: HTML CSS JQUERY and you must: - have good communication skills, that means regular updates through out the day. You can't leave me in my office for hours wondering what's going on. - be a fast worker - be an individual doing all the work - have GTalk/Skype for instant messaging or voice communication, don't mind which one. We will split the work into different sections and you will receive payment at the end of each phase. I will add milestone payment before each phase and release at the end of the phase. This way you don't have to wait until the end of the project to get paid. I'm only interested in serious programmers with experience with php, plenty feedback, work history and references they can back up. I'm not looking for someone new to php.
