Modify existing script or create clone of real estate site

Looking for a real estate website script or clone that comes close to this website: [login to view URL] Have identified a basic open source real estate script found here: [login to view URL] . I can purchase this and supply it to coder to make changes. 1.) Search box on main page to search by location including zipcode radius 2.) Changes some fields in description - possibly delete some and or change them to date fields 2.) Change the way homes are presented in list form on main page (simplified) 3.) Add Map on frontpage showing location within area/radius selected 4.) Ability to add virtual tour - video to listings 5.) Change the way pictures are presented on listing - appear in same box and don't have to open and close them. 6.) sliding slide-bar of photos at top or bottom May be some other features needed to get it there. Please do not send me huge portfolios of work you've done - specifically interested in real estate scripts that have look/feel/functionality of website stated above.
