58475 CubeCart Tempate Design

I am interested in creating a Cubecart store to convert over one of my existing websites. The current website can be found at http://littlegiant.bigdealsnetwork.com. I would like to use a similar color scheme in Cubecart but with a more professional design. I started to build the Cubecart site and it can be found at http://littlegiantladder.bigdealsnetwork.com. I am not very happy with the appearance of the Cubecart site I have come up with. It is quite plan and just not very visually appealing. The Cubecart site I created was something I was trying to build and I intend to completely delete it if it is easier for the designer to start something from scratch. Here is what I am looking for: - Improved product template with better overall appearance and feel (I will enter in the product information and images once the template is complete) - Sales tax calculation for customers in the state of Connecticut only - Drop down list for the state option in the customer registration section of the website - Removal of the language option - Removal of the Copyright and Powered by Cubecart language (I know this is an additional cost. Please include that cost in your bid. If you cannot remove it, please specify that you are unable to do so and do not include the cost. However, instructions on how to remove it should be supplied). - Security pages on the pages where the customer enters their contact information (SSL Certificate has been applied for and will be at the following domain - https://bigdealsnetwork.com. Preferably the URL for the secure pages will be in the following directory, [login to view URL] Other stores will be added to this bigdealsnetwork domain using Cubecart in the future and it is important that the information for these future stores do no interfere with this store) - Security pages where I log in and access customer information - Security for the customer information saved on the web server The current website at [login to view URL] has been around for a while and there is some product recognition with the name and banner. Preferably I would like to have some similarity between the new site and the old, but not enough to limit appearance of the new site and the designers creativity. I am comfortable enough with the Cube Cart panel to add the products and images myself. In addition, I can add the other items in the site including the “documents”, sale items, etc. I am only looking for a customized professional template to work with. A final feature that customers do like is the changing Testimonials image on the original website – http://littlegiant.bigdealsnetwork.com. If something similar to this can be implemented into the site that would also be appreciated. Thank you.
