Classified Module for Joomla

Hello, i need a Classified Module for implementation in the joomla CMS System. Please post only if you know the joomla system an know how to create plugins and modules !! Please read the complete requirements !! The Requirements are divided in four points please read point four exactly. I need following features in my classified System: 1.) And my most important feature: 4.) In the Classiefied system should be implemented my google adsense. My Google Adsense are placed once in the classified skripts and should be not removable for the administrators who want my skript. Every skript i sold should have my Google Adsense on the frontpage the design of the google adsense should be like the design of the classifieds system so that it will be difficult to recognize that there are google adsense. The Adsense must be placed directly under the main menu on the buttom and should be allways in the foreground even if a user browse into the categories the adsense under the buttom menu should allways be visible. The users who want my skript must accept my conditions that he dont remove the google adsense. For the controll that my google Adsense is allways implemented in every skript i need a controll system that compares my google adsense ID with all installed classified skripts. If someone do changes or remove my adsense my administration system should show me these for example with a red light. So i am able to write an E-Mail the user have to implement it again. I will put on every user who downloaded my skript in my administration menu and monitor my google adsence in their classified system. Please write me a E-Mail if something is unclearly i will try to describe it more detailed. I want the full rights on the skript. I will pay 10 % After i decide who will programm it 15 % After i get the first Alpha Version 25 % After i get the Beta Version 50 % After all Bugs were solved and the skript will run without problems This is the first project if you will do this successfully for me i will do more jobs with you.
