Build a Website

We're looking for someone to create a hosting billing system/platform. Here's a simple spec to give you an idea of what's involved: Overview Hosting Platform is a web hosting company, which instead of selling direct to the public, sells to resellers, who create their own web-hosting business based on the platform. In some ways, quite similar to ResellerClub. Hosting Platform clients can load funds into their accounts, they can then use these funds to provision services for end users (their clients), such as domain registration, cPanel Webhosting, and VPS servers. Hosting Platform is designed so that people can create their own white-label hosting businesses, and focus on marketing and selling, rather than running servers, billing systems, handling support enquiries etc. The Core System The core system is the database - it contains all orders, clients, company’s details and so on. The core system exposes an API for interaction with client accounts, order provisioning and so on. Each reseller will have a WHMCS/Hostbill/Blesta admin style interface when they login to [login to view URL], where they can perform activities such as: Manage their hosting clients View and manage their orders Configure their payment gateways Configure their tax rules View sales reports Configure their support desk Choose which products they want to sell Set their prices Add funds View logs of order executions Submit tickets to a hidden department (which doesn’t show up on the reseller’s client side, so they can contact Hosting Platform) View their own hosting client’s support tickets, and reply to them if necessary. The client’s client facing system When resellers sign up, they need to have a website for their clients to use, similar to the public interface of WHMCS: [login to view URL] See the demo for an idea of how this needs to work. We also need to provide a set of templates that our resellers can edit to suit their needs, such as change layout etc. So each one of our clients/resellers needs an FTP login to upload template files which would over-ride the default ones. I'd like this to be coded in Yii if possible, failing that, CI. I can send the full spec to those who want to make an accurate bid.
