Reading Hard Drive Clusters

I need you to make a class in Visual Basic that will let me read and write to Hard Drive Clusters. I am writing a program that will find clusters with file(s) deleted by windows and overwrite them making the file(s) unrecoverable by a file recovery program. This is a program that removes files securely. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP, Windows NT,Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0
