You are to create a VB application that will read a sequential file and display selected information on the screen. The file will initially be created as a text file using a text editor such as Notepad. Your application should read this file and display the data as shown below. This is an exercise primarily in the use of sequential files, user-defined data types and repetition structures. You should make sure that your application is constructed using these elements. In addition you will need to create and use both local and form-level variables. Solutions that store all data in variables, variable arrays or control arrays will be deemed unacceptable. Dates cannot be read directly from a text file. You must first read the date into a string variable and then convert the string variable into a date value using the CDate function. For example, assume that the variable strDate is a string variable and that the variable dteMyBirthdate is a date variable. The following statements must be used: strDate = "26/07/1975" dteMyBirthdate = CDate(strDate) Sample Data File A sample data file would have the format and structure as shown below. George,Green,92341234,14/5/1970 Mary,White,52739898,25/12/1977 Brian,Black,98085656,2/1/1975 and so on... A satisfactory application will be one that can read the file, display the names in a list box and then retrieve the selected record from the file. All components of the interface must be assigned a name. The "Title" of the form should show "SCC104: Assignment 4". The form should start in the centre of the screen and have a fixed border size. The form Minimize button should be enabled but the form Maximize button should be disabled. The Exit button should have the "Alt key" designator set to the character "x". The About button should have the "Alt key" designator set to the character "A". The "Open" button should clear the list box before reading the list of names from the file. You must include your name, student ID and practical group on another form. An example is shown below. This form is activated by clicking on the "About" button, or pressing "Alt - a". In addition, it must be a modal form. Clicking the "OK" button will close the second form and return the user to the first. When saving your assignment, give the forms the filenames [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] respectively and name the project the file ass4.vbp. The data file should be called ass4.txt.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
