Real-time GPS tracking and dispatching system

We are a day camp that provides door-to-door pick up. To enhance safety and efficiency, we are looking to design a dispatching system that ties in with our back end administration and customer portals. Possibly using the Live Trac RTV20, we want to be able to dispatch whole routes that update our website when stops have been completed.
