QTP scripts from Commandline

My Requirement: QTP Scripts are reposited in QualityCenter and I would like to execute a test set from commandline following a build automatically. Version: QTP 10.0 and QC 10.0 FYI: Current configuartion: For each test we execute a script in the beginning which basically launches a html file from local system to let the user select the environment (Dev,Qa1,Qa2.......). Upon selection of the environment config file is updated in local system. This config file has a list of 15 plus sites with Id's and passowrds listed which are required for some sites. All the xx plus scripts that are reposited in Quality center point to a config file in local system (C:\Regression) and execute accordingly on the required environment.
