199945 Pligg and Template Install

I have a Internet Radio Station for my local community. We have been wanting to add a CMS for News Stories or Local Feeds. We tried Joomla, and well, it did not work well for us. Found it very hard to understand, when we only just wanted to upload a article or news. Looking to add PLIGG ([login to view URL]) to our radio station web site and add in "a" easy "free" Classifieds Script ([login to view URL]). NO DESIGN WORK NEEDED.
