Migrate 55 WP websites to Rackspace Cloud sites

I have about 55 Wordpress websites that I need to migrate from a VPS to the Rackspace Cloud. I have already set up the "instance" of the new accounts and databases on the rackspace cloud. I need the entire site migrated with the db so it functions on the rackspace cloud, then I will point the DNS. I have a testing URL that can be displayed to test the migrated website on the rackspace cloud. Also, the admin password will be changed in addition to the WP will probably need to be updated (easily). Most, if not all, of these sites are pretty simple. I will pay multiple milestones, so say after 15 are migrated, I pay the 15 price, then another, etc. So 4 milestones or 3 is good with me. Payment through freelancer only. If all of the sites are completed by Feb 1st, I will bonus the freelancer an additional (considerable) fee of $100 on TOP of the bid price.
