Create an order request form with various data fields (such as date, name/site of store, etc.), several questions (what to do if something is out of stock, replace, cancel entire order, cancel item, minimum purchase total, etc.), and most importantly, a field that will allow users to copy and paste their completed shopping carts (complete with pictures displayed and functioning hyperlinks, in exactly the same way that it would work if it was copied/pasted into an e-mail) from the merchant's site. Our users will be copying/pasting their completed shopping carts from external merchant's sites and pasting it directly into this form you're creating, in the field specified for it. Users must NOT be required to copy the source code... it is a direct, manual copy (using mouse to drag) from the merchant's cart and to have their pasted results displayed in our form exactly the same way that they looked in the merchant's site (pictures, working links, sizes, colors, quantities all displayed). Users will need to log in to their account (this software is already written - so this form will need to work with existing software, which is mainly written in PERL) in order to be able to submit their completed form. Once they log in, their user info will need to populate this form automatically (name, address, phone, etc.). Users will need to option of entering details of a deposit for the cost of their transaction (this software is also already written -- just need to link it with this order form). There will need to be options on the form for different types of transactions, such as quotation request (not an order), ebay order (which will have some different options than other orders), etc. I will provide a basic template of two of the forms that we wanted completed... those templates are only meant to show the basic look of what we want from the completed project and the questions/fields we need in the finished project. Completed form results need to be displayed/listed chronologically (newest first) on each user's account page (admin view), as well as all users' recent requests (completed forms) need to be listed chronologically (newest first) in admin's overall summary view (these two spots already exist in our existing program... just need new links to this project in those spots). I will clarify everything regarding placement and integration with existing project after form is completed to our satisfaction.
