blog and ping tool similar to blogburner and wpburner(repost)

I need an application that duplicates this service: [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2] This will be a web-based script that resides on my server and is password protected. The software automates the Blog and Ping process as described here. <[login to view URL]> It will spider and crawl a website that I enter into a private webform, and then will post the urls to the blogs specified that I have set up. So, if I have a 1200 page site and I have 200 blogs set up, I would like the urls posted randomly to all 200 blogs throughout my blog system. This posting should be able to be done randomly to look like a manual submission. I will be using mainly wordpress blogs, but, I would like the option of also using blogger blogs. I would also like the post to include a rss snippet based on the keyword that I supply for this particular “burning in??. For ex: if i have a site about widgets, I would like the app to crawl the entire site…and post all the url’s, plus post a single rss snippet…from yahoo rss or msn rss, etc. about “widgets??. When using wordpress blogs, I don’t need the app to ping the blog because wpb logs ping themselves. I would also like it be able to run several jobs at a time. The blog and ping method should work automatically until the entire site is "blogged and pinged". At that time, I would like an email sent to me letting me know that the “job?? is done. I want a quality program that has CLEAR and Simple User Instructions, is very easy to install and that does exactly what I have asked. I expect to own the source code. This is for private use only. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
