I need a nice and smooth looking and working interactive form for users, where an user can get realtime information about the selected and entered values. data is from an mysql database. I build an sample to give you an idea, as you see its now based on ajax / javascript / php. [login to view URL] You will have great freedom to think and do what will be the best solution to accomplish the result. I expect a fully working an quick and nice looking form. You will see an table on the bottom of the page, this should be generated from the selected values of the user. First user selects company, then the sub category. The codes will be filled with date from this sub category. When an code is clicked it should be added in the table. Some simple calculations should be made in this table (added, divided, minus etc). The count is should be edited by adding one or removing one a possibility to remove row should also be possible. Only the codes should be visible by selecting the first letter of the code A email / pdf should be send to user with the table as results and some extra information Results should be stored to database for record, and a “quick” link should be made for user of selected values, (so he can edit this). Values can also be added by “get variables? Or other solution?, so form results can be used without using the form directly.

Hi, I have analysed the task and please find our understandings and queries are given below Understanding 1) There will be some codes displayed based on the company/subcategory selected 2) Then the user can select any of these codes. 3) There will be some default values in the bottom table 4) When user click on different color codes, these values will be changed based on some calculations 5) We can set up a default code display if we pass the company/subcategory via url or something Queries 1) We can assume this as a setting, so each company/subcategory has different setting. If so any user can change the setting and save? 2) What is the purpose of the submit button? So after the settings are changed the user can save it to DB? 3) If #2 is correct, On clicking each code the values are changed. But not saved to DB. Correct? 4) The document does not say anything about the design of the code. Please give a bit more details on that. Estimate We assume that this will take around 25-30 hrs to complete. Hi, I'm interested in this project however i have a few questions. First do you need integration with any CMS or just a standalone script? Can a framework such as CodeIgniter be used in case it's a standalone script? How do i know what operations (division in particular)? From the sample i only see addition (all the entries in the table) and subtraction for the compensation. Can i have a sample of the database? I think that's all i need to know, i should be able to provide a working draft within 3 days and finished script within a week. Thanks in advance and looking forward to working with you.
