Voice recorder on desktop and mobile within website or online app - repost

We need a component writen on PHP without obfuscation and ready to read and modify. Other alternatives maybe, but not preferable. We will use it on an own website that needs to record voice and save it on a Linux server (with Internet). We need a component that works on desktop (PC/MAC/..) and mobile (Android/iPad/..), so it's preferable avoid of flash player. Maybe a phonegap app could be a solution for export to any platform. Please explain on bid how you will do the solution, and use the clarification board in order to answer the question to all freelancers. This work has to be finished within 2 or 3 days max. So please don't bid if you can't do it, because you will get a very bad review.
