Marketing manager similar to Constant Contact(repost)

I am looking for somebody to put together an email marketing system similar to constant contact ([login to view URL]). This web based system should be installable on Unix - Solaris preferred, however running under Linux would not be too much of a problem. The system should run under a closed system ie for use by myself only although would like the option to allow for external parties to sign up and use.
