Competent Flash Programmer Needed For Web App + Site

I need a flash programmer to do the front end for a web based application. The app is not terribly complex, but will have some options and different ways to display data. The back end of the app is written in Java, and java server pages (WAR) files, so you will need to integrate with this. The site that the app sits on is going to be 7-10 pages. Portions of this will be done in flash, and portions in php. Let me know if you can do the php portion as well. If not, that's ok too. A graphics designer may be assisting with the actual layout and images. You will create and provide content, and content may also come from a designer. You will potentially collaborate with the designer and integrate your work into the project. During the process there may be many minor changes and revisions needed. I want the flash code small enough so that the site and pages will not take a long time to load. There is a strict 60 day time frame for completion of this project. Professionalism and quality are very important as well.
