PHP website with admin panel

[login to view URL] is the website which I am going to redesign, but same kinda design only will change the background colour and order of displaying the thumbnails. Work in need: Exactly the same function as here [login to view URL] in the thumbnail section Just four thumbnails in a row like wise six rows in a page and more pages if thumbnails are more. The thumbs should be from the database the latest feed should get the first place and older will go back. when user select next page the thumbnails section show show the next set without refreshing whole page exactly like apple trailer page here. Admin panel: To feed thumbnail, description and colours for the texts as codes and URL to link the thumb to the page I prefer.
