PHP/MySQL Members/Subscription Module

Hi there, I have an adult-oriented photography site in pre-launch phase at [login to view URL] It is designed around a Joomla core (PHP/MySQL) with a test image Gallery running Photostack (PHP) in a seperate directory. The site is running in the LAMP environment on a shared server with no access to the [login to view URL] file (although mod_rewrite and .htaccess are installed). I require the services of a custom coder to deliver a 'member-management/paid subscription module' to integrate between the main Joomla site and the image gallery - handling all aspects of the member subscription process, gallery access etc and storing all details in the existing MySQL database. It is vital that the module should have the ability (in the future) to connect with the CCBill payment gateway and initially to offer varying levels of access such as 'Free' and 'Trial' etc. The module should have a user-friendly admin backend that can be easily configured by the non-tech site administrator. The coder will need to work in close consultation with my existing Web Designer(a non-PHP coder) in London on delivery/spec/modifications of the project.
