PHP/Javascript/MySQL Application Completion

This project is to finish an application another RAC coder could not complete. It is aproximately 80% done and the original coder will be available for consulting if needed. The application is an editor for data contained in a [login to view URL] file and will generate an [login to view URL] file. The main interface is a Javascript tab system that works on CSS classed divs to generate the tab panes. Data is held in a MySQL db. This is most of the work which involves managing (edit, delete, create) lists of items with a set of data each. 2. Debug. A couple entries are not generated in the [login to view URL] file. 3. Integrate the application with the user system. 4. Modify the user system (SiteLok) to handle specific requirements of the site. The user system is simple and has the tools to customize itself. 5. Version the editor for different levels of accounts. This involves disallowing read/copy/write access to some information depending on account level. 6. Design look/feel of the editor. This will basic to allow the buyer to customize the page to their liking. Suggestions for improved UI are welcome and the winning coder can modify the application as they desire as long as they can finish it in a timely fashion. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
