Penny auction site needs Autobid/Bidbutler fixed

We have an immediate job for a qualified programmer. We need it completed in 7days or less. The script which we use is Perfectbid/Snabid. Now we have one bug left need to fix as follow: we have an autobid feature which is similar to Swoopo's "Bid Butler". Bids from autobid orders are not being placed on a timed interval like on swoopo. For example, user A and user B have an autobid order set for auction. User A orders 20 bids while user B orders 21 bids. As soon as the autobid starts, all of the bids from both users are registered simultaneously (i.e. 41 bids are placed in 1 second). We want it programmed so autobids are placed on a timed interval. What we are looking for with this project: 1) Experienced programmer with portfolio 2) English proficiency 3) You MUST meet the deadline, no exceptions.
