Ghulam Mustafa Qazi is a partner at TMRC. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan and Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. He has about 12 years’ diversified experience in Pakistan as well as abroad. M. TARIQ KHURSHID
M. Tariq Khurshid, a partner at TMRC, is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. He has more than ten years’ practical experience in financial and cost accounts. He has done extensive work in budgeting and planning, activity based costing, feasibility studies, implementation of financial and cost accounting systems, tax compliance and audits etc. for various clients.

Mian Muhammad Ramzan is a partner at TMRC. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP). He has overall eleven years’ professional experience in consultancy. Muhammad Arshad Bashir, ACMA, a partner of TMRC, is managing Lahore Branch of TMRC. Mr. Ch. Muhammad Rafiq is working with TMRC as consultant technical matters. He has worked with Oil and Gas Development Company Limited for about 34 years. Mr. Rafiq has vast experience of Oil and Gas Sector. He has worked at various position including Consultant Qadirpur Joint Venture of OGDCL, Manager Projects, Manager Joint Ventures, Seismic Data Acquisition Engineer etc.
