Clone this PHP Program

This is an easy and exciting project for a good PHP developer. This is actually a re-post because our previous coder dropped the ball for an unknown reason and never completed the project. Needless to say, if you can't keep your own deadlines and committments, then please do NOT bid on this project. We would like to take an existing application that autogenerates html pages based on predefined templates and using a definition file for the page content and clone that application with some enhancements to make it easier to use and more flexible. We would like this application written in PHP. If you are interested in this, please message me and I will send you the detailed requirements, which are confidential. We are looking for a talented programmer or team of programmers to enter into a long-term development relationship if this goes well. Please bid on this only if you are a very talented PHP programmer with at least 3 years of experience. We need this project completed within 3 weeks; before we accept your bid, we'll need to see a detailed project plan outlining how you plan to accomplish that. We don't have any time left to deal with another programmer who misses deadlines, so this is what we'll need to ensure that this doesn't happen again. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
