XL to mysql online DB

Due to client demands - this specific project is only open to developers in Bali, Vietnam & Thailand. Please don't apply if you are not in Vietnam, Bali or Thailand. I need someone who can convert an uploaded excel spreadsheet OR a nominated "table on a web page" URL to a simple but 'interactive' online database - using the spreadsheets existing column headers to build a basic admin interface. The spreadsheets are typically between (10 columns x 100 rows (or 20 x 50) Preferred technologies = PHP & MySQL, CSS & xHTML templates (interchangeable logo/banner initially) but would like to retain and grow range of simple templates as clients request. Ideal candidate will think this is too easy - the missing bit is 'we' need to be able to communicate well enough that you 'could' teach me how to do it myself. Its on my bucket list. But I have a few spreadsheets that I need done beforehand and if you are good enough then we'll both be to busy that. Ideally you can integrate your output into Joomla, Wordpress and static (x)HTML sites. You NEED to be available regularly via google chat to enable continued stream of projects. Ideally Im looking for a long term partner who: can appraise spreadsheets and quote conversion/delivery time quickly preferred location SE Asia within 1 hours transport of a major International Airport Initial workload will be small/partime but increase as work example grows - to fullltime and self employed.
