joomla index modifications and contact form fixing

I have the following WP template: [login to view URL] I'd like to modify the index and add a : - rolling RSS javascrip feed on the right lower part of the index - on the left side of the index where is left space to be "Featured Services" where to list a few of our services with links to one inner page. The contact form to work properly (name, email, message).
