Edit Phpfox module and 1 other little tweak (24 hours deadline)

Hello I have a PHPfox community, I accidentally made it a friends only community and need to change it back so everything needs to be seen by Everybody. There are options in the privacy section missing the Everybody and Network options need the option available again. The second part is to modify the Job Board module we have set up to give you a Notification in the form of a message on the website when somebody applies for a position instead of sending out an email with that information. The email notification must only contain a link back to the notification on the website. Please only reply if you have worked with PHPfox.
