Our company produces a Program that outputs a unique video file. We want to output our proprietary video format to a flash format.
we need to discuss with the devloper what the best options are for final flash video.
i.e latest version of flash, standard style flash file and flash video.
See attached doc for more details.
Component speed is very important. We want the devloper to be very familiar with utilizing fast alogoryhtms, quality memory streams and disk writing methods.

We require a VCL - NON VISUAL COMPONENT for us to integrate into our Delphi 7 application. The developer will provide us with full source code and suitable documentation to facilitate easy integration and use of the component. we are not sure at this stage what additonal files you the devloper may need to supply us with. To be discussed with developer.
We will require a test application.
This test enviroment will utilize images and files we will place into folders to create the output flash file.
