Need Script Similar to Livestream

We’re looking for a script (Or clone) with similar features and functions to www.livestream.com. We do not really need the “live” streaming features or functions; nor do we need the ability to have multiple producers with cameras working together on one channel. We need something much simpler than this. The most important features and functions for us is the “Auto Pilot” feature i.e. 1) the ability to import videos from Youtube, 2) ability to upload videos from PC, 3) ability to create multiple TV channels, 4) ability to create multiple storyboards (playlists) in each channel and 5) ability to create and generate flash player embed code.
