Need new site design template

Note: This project is on a site which contains minor softcore pornography. Please do not bid if you are offended by such material. What I need: [login to view URL] This site is in the process of being redeveloped...I want to give the site a new cleaner look to establish a better sense of professionalism. I will not need every page designed. I just need a template created with a basic layout so I can create my own pages as necessary. I want the site colors changed...something a bit cleaner and easier to see. Should be light colours (blue, yellow, white, etc). I'm open to suggestions for a colour combo. I don't want the navigational links to be buttons like they are currently. Task list: - Template page designed. Template page should be setup so if the length or width of the template needs to be modified, it will NOT interfere with the looks of the design - A logo needs to be designed. Will need to incorporate the site's colors - 4 advertising graphics...two 468x60 banners and two 120x60 buttons. I have three other sites I will be looking at having redone as well in similar fashion. If the winning bidder impresses me...I will give them first chance at a contract for developing those. A successful bidder will post a fair price and provide a portfolio of previous work done. If you have done a number of different style sites be sure to point me to one or two "professional" looking sites so I can see if it's similar to my needs. I don't want to be clicking on 400 links trying to find a style that suits my needs. *if* you don't have an online portfolio or are just starting out...I will need an example template along with your bid. Does have to be perfect but must demonstrate you understand my needs and can produce what I require. Preference will be given to a designer willing to use flash for the banners instead of standard .gifs Questions can be posted in the forum and will be responded to promptly ## Deliverables 1) Template page, 4 banners (2 120x60, 2 468x60) as well as all the source graphic files. (.PSD or whatever) ## Platform Web environment...should function on all HTML 4+ compatible browsers.
