Make my personal web page kick butt - customization, development, admin, etc

Looking for someone to customize my website and help me set it up. Ideally I'd also like someone to explain this to me so I learn something at the same time. Also give me ideas for future projects for my website you can work on. Set up CSS Style sheets with a naming convention that makes sense to me ... Simplify CSS Sheet ... Clean Up CSS styles - make so paragraph spacing is all regular as opposed to using Carriage returns usese the CSS styles. I have a template that came with CSS but the naming convention is all screwy. Using that CSS sheet, Integrate a WordPress blog with the rest of my website. making it use the same Header, Same CSS, etc. Install and integrate (same looking style with header and CSS styles etc) Gallery 2. Set up some basic albums Use FormGen to build a contact form. Activate the search button. Add PHP to homepage to have the latest blog entry show up on the front page. Also create a PHP admin to have a news section - just a paragraph I can update on the homepage without using Dreamweaver. Use Fantastico to install WebCalendar that shows upcoming entries on the web page and is archived off the home page. (Not as full featured as a blog ... very simple.) Set up Elist to be integrated into site and mail out newsletters that look the same. Make a newsletter archive page. Create a new EList and activate a submission button and email field. Create a resume / bio page. Load in Resume with same formating as the rest of the site. This will be a few nested pages within the same "tab". Link site to Friendster so people can add me as their friend. Same with Linked In. Link to AIM (so people can IM me from online.) Rest of list in deliverables ... ## Deliverables 0) Everything listed above - I'll give you login info to my site and whatnot. Also ... Create and integrate (stylewise) a Guestbook Create and integrate (stylewise) a links / [login to view URL] Make a page to display my axis webcam feed. Modify Flash header to not reload when navigating within the site. Create a button in the header for Home and Sitemap.
