Wordpress Theme Required -- Design + Coding(repost)

I require a wordpress theme to be designed. The theme should be designed and then coded by the developer. Some of the specifics of the theme design are as follows, 1. The theme looks need to be designed 1st and approved by us. We need to build the theme around a design that we have liked. We'll share the link to the design once the project is started/awarded. We also have a company logo which needs to be included in the design. The graphics will be given once the project is started. 2. The theme should be a sidebar widget compatible design and should have a 100% layout, meaning it should accommodate the whole screen, and not be restricted to pixel size. The content should be on the left and the columns on the right. 3. The theme should support the latest version of wordpress and the sidebar widget functionality. 4. Theme to be built with neatness and good design in mind. We want a very Web2.0 look. All AJAX glitz and bold design will be appreciated. Designers can follow the design guidelines at [login to view URL] 5. Ensure that the theme is properly visible in all browsers and is CSS/XHTML complaint. A few other small tasks will also need to be accomplished; - Uploading and checking a list of plugins to be working fine with the new theme to accomplish any extra functions like most popular posts, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
